“I want to give a "High Five" to Mitzi Adams and the Service Team at your dealership for the outstanding customer service that they gave my family and I as we were traveling through Murray on our way to Missouri on vacation. It was September 4th and we had just stopped for breakfast at Cracker Barrel, when I smelled anti-freeze. After a quick Google search, I found your dealership and called. Mitzi took my call and immediately went into action. She told me to finish breakfast and bring the car in about 11 and she would get us right in. We got there and she did just that. A quick inspection revealed it was the water pump and praise the Lord, they had one in stock. 2 hours later we were back on the road to enjoy our vacation. Customer service is rare in business anymore. But, Dwain Taylor has it!

He returned all my calls and answered all the questions that I had. He treated me great and with respect. Other dealerships could learn from your company. I have to say that the time spent on the deal and with the paperwork has to be the shortest time ever for me. Most dealerships keep you there 3 and 4 hours. I may have spent a total of an hour.
